Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water/wastewater treatment projects and serve as the project’s point person, guiding administrative and technical efforts toward timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5–9+ years in construction with general contractor experience on water facilities, strong leadership, and a proven ability to coordinate owners, subs, and engineers in a fast-paced, high‑performance environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field or relevant experience.
• 5-9+ years construction experience required; DBIA and LEED Accreditation a plus.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule.
• Secure permits and verify subs insurance coverage.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Supervise and develop project team members.
• Prepare monthly job status reports and maintain project records.
• Support proposals and presentations as requested.
