Kimley-Horn's Holly Springs, NC office is seeking civil engineering graduates with 1+ year of experience to join the Water/Wastewater team. This is not a remote position.

You will assist in designing water transmission and distribution systems, pumping stations, water treatment, and related master planning. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and gain exposure to plan production, project financials, and client interactions through mentorship and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience at a civil engineering design firm.
• Bachelors or Masters from an ABET-accredited university in Civil Engineering.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet client deadlines with urgency and initiative.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist in designing water transmission and distribution systems, pumping stations, and water treatment systems.
• Contribute to master planning and treatment plant rehabilitation and expansions for municipal utilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to complete projects successfully.
• Maintain high-quality plan sets and review peers' work.
• Participate in on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to project finances and client interactions.
