Kimley-Horn's Rogers, Arkansas office seeks a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with 2+ years of municipal wastewater design experience to join the Water/Wastewater and Utilities team. This is an on-site, non-remote opportunity focused on design and project coordination across water and wastewater projects.

You will assist in designing pipelines, pumping stations, hydraulic modeling, and treatment facilities while collaborating with AutoCAD and Civil 3D; mentorship and growth opportunities are

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in Civil Engineering (B.S. or M.S.).
• Engineer-In-Training or Engineering Intern certification, or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with designing pipelines, pump stations, and hydraulic modeling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design of water transmission and distribution systems, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.
• Contribute to municipal water and wastewater utilities designs.
• Manage project tasks, design, permitting, and construction coordination.
• Coordinate work with multidisciplinary team to complete projects.
• Ensure high quality sets of plans and review teammates' work.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Receive on-the-job and formal training with mentorship.
