Kimley-Horn is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience for its Rogers, Arkansas office. This on-site role supports Water/Wastewater and Utilities projects, including design, coordination, and client engagement.

The candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality plans and manage project budgets and schedules while interacting with clients and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Municipal engineering experience including pumping stations, pipelines, water/wastewater facilities.

Responsibilities

• Design water transmission and distribution systems, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.
• Manage project tasks, design, permitting, and coordinate with staff.
• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to complete projects.
