Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a Water/Wastewater Associate Project Manager for our Northeast Division. The role focuses on leading engineering and design efforts, expanding responsibilities into project management, and delivering high-quality outcomes across water and wastewater projects.

The position is hybrid and can be based in Quincy or Woburn, MA, or Providence, RI, with relocation assistance considered. Strong technical writing and a PE license or pursuit are required.

Formación

• Must have strong technical writing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
• Monitor budgets and weekly performance; develop scopes, fees, and schedules with sub-consultants.
• Provide technical solutions and coordinate among design disciplines and subcontractors.
• Assist in development of project scope of work and proposals for large/complex projects.
• Lead construction administration tasks and attend client meetings; prepare presentations.
