Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a Drinking Water Associate Project Manager to join our Northeast Division. This hybrid role can be based in our Quincy or Woburn, MA offices, with relocation assistance possible.

The role blends water/wastewater design experience with growing into project management. A civil/environmental engineering degree, 5+ years of experience, and a PE or ability to obtain one within 6 months are required, along with solid technical writing ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• PE license or able to obtain within 6 months.
• 5+ years' water or wastewater systems design experience.
• Technical writing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
• Manage budgets and track performance weekly.
• Develop scopes, fees, and schedules with sub-consultants.
• Provide technical design solutions and coordinate among disciplines.
• Lead construction administration tasks and prepare reports.
