Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC. is seeking a Drinking Water Associate Project Manager for our Northeast Division. The hybrid role can be based in Quincy or Woburn, MA, with relocation assistance possible.

The ideal candidate has a strong water/wastewater background and can grow into project management leadership. The position offers annual bonus opportunities, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage, 401(k) match, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• PE license or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
• 5+ years' water or wastewater design experience in a professional services environment.
• Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
• Develop scopes, fees, and schedules with sub-consultants under guidance of the Project Manager.
• Develop technical solutions and coordinate among design disciplines and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets and staffing under project manager oversight.
• Support proposals with technical approach, schedules, and fee estimates.
• Lead construction administration tasks and coordinate client meetings and presentations.
