Job summary

Apex Companies is seeking a Water/Wastewater Associate Project Manager for our Northeast Division in Quincy, MA, Woburn, MA, or Providence, RI. This hybrid role offers relocation consideration and a chance to grow into project management leadership on diverse civil and environmental projects.

You will lead technical coordination, manage budgets, mentor staff, and contribute to proposal development while advancing your engineering expertise within a high-performing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in water or wastewater systems design.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
• Develop scopes, fees, and schedules with sub-consultants.
• Lead technical coordination and review designs for quality control.
• Manage project budgets and staffing under PM oversight.
• Prepare proposals and assist in client meetings and presentations.
