Job summary

Aqua, an Essential Utilities company, invites applications for a Utility Worker I at the Roaring Creek/Shamokin location. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• CDL must be attained within 90 days of hire and DOT medical exam may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains water distribution system facilities and related equipment.
• Ensures work complies with EPA/PUC regulations and company safety policies.
• Performs field service, meter reading, and uses GIS/maps and work order systems.
• Responds to after-hours/emergency calls and may require overtime.
