Job summary

Aqua, Inc. is hiring a Utility Worker I for the Roaring Creek/Shamokin area. The role reports to the Field Supervisor and involves repairing leaks and main breaks, installing new services, and maintaining valves and hydrants.

You will perform water main mark outs per PA One Call regulations and conduct monthly leak detection using company equipment. The job requires a high school diploma, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and CDL within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• CDL must be attained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain water distribution facilities including mains, hydrants, valves, and service lines with company systems.
• Follow EPA/PUC regulations and company safety policies in daily work.
• Read maps and schematics, perform field service and meter reading tasks as assigned.
• Respond to after-hours calls and overtime as required; document work in the system.
