Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a Household Sales Representative to analyze customer water needs, design treatment solutions and present compelling sales pitches. You will build strong relationships within customers’ homes and leverage company leads and marketing support to grow your territory.

The role covers Norristown, PA and surrounding areas with formal training, advancement opportunities, and a generous benefits package. Prior sales experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who can generate leads and build a territory.
• Ability to use CRM tools such as SalesForce and Docusign.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ water composition and design water treatment solutions.
• Make sales presentations and build long-lasting relationships in your territory.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads and marketing support.
• Grow the Water Source by Culligan relationship with Home Depot stores in your area.
