Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Sales Representative to drive growth of our water treatment solutions in the Reading, PA area. You will develop strategies, target new customers, and expand relationships with existing clients.

You will collaborate with engineering to design tailored solutions, prepare detailed proposals, and travel within the territory as needed. This role offers a base plus uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in water treatment or technical field selling to commercial/industrial customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to present technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in commercial/industrial water treatment solutions.
• Identify and target potential customers in the region, including manufacturing, food & beverage, healthcare and hospitality.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering/technical teams to ensure correct design and implementation of systems.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals with pricing, specs, and timelines.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and competition.
• Maintain CRM records and provide management with regular sales updates.
