Culligan by WaterCo in Reading, PA seeks a Commercial & Industrial Sales Representative to drive growth of our water treatment solutions for commercial and industrial clients.

You will develop sales strategies, build long‑term relationships with customers, and collaborate with engineering to design and deliver tailored water treatment systems, while earning a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in water treatment or technical capex sales; training provided.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
• Technical knowledge of water treatment processes and systems is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present technical information persuasively.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
• Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential commercial and industrial customers in the region.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to design and implement water treatment systems.
• Prepare and present proposals with pricing, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct market research on trends, competition, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, service, and operations to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records and report sales performance.
