Job summary

Veolia in the United States seeks a Production Supervisor to coordinate manufacturing on shift, drive safety, quality and on-time delivery, and support Lean and 5S improvements. You will plan daily production, manage inventory and maintenance, and generate site reports using SAP and Tableau.

This role requires strong leadership, reading and applying safety manuals, and effective communication with the plant staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of water treatment processes including deionization, softening, RO and deoxygenation preferred.
• DOT regulations compliance.
• 5S knowledge.
• SAP knowledge.
• Environmental Health and Safety regulations knowledge.
• Leadership and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interpersonal awareness.

Responsibilities

• Promotes environment to achieve productivity, quality, and EHS.
• Leads safety standards and incident prevention.
• Delivers internal reports including SAP/Tableau to site leadership.
• Manages relationships with plant staff and vendors.
• Oversees logistics of water treatment equipment for dispatch.
• Supports projects related to chemical/utility usage and wastewater.
• Assists in hiring regeneration/technician staff.
• Ensures SAP orders for inventory are entered on schedule.
• Oversees training and safety/certification needs.
• Provides hands-on support to maintain workflow.
