Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 8–10 years in operations/management or an Associate’s in Science/Process Tech with 6–8 years of experience.
- BS in Biology, Chemistry, Business, or Engineering preferred and additional ops/management experience.
Responsibilities
- Promotes safety, quality, and EHS excellence in production.
- Leads front-line staff and drives continuous improvement (Lean, 5S).
- Manages production schedules and logistics for timely delivery.
- Oversees equipment maintenance, inventory, and procurement.
- Ensures SAP entries for inventory and production readiness.
- Provides training and development for staff and ensures safe performance.
