Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED (minimum).
• 5+ years manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisor/leadership role.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production on assigned shift to meet safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals.
• Oversee front-line manufacturing employees and multiple product lines as needed.
• Plan, coordinate and direct production operations for maximum output and quality.
• Identify and address machine/tooling issues to minimize downtime and schedule disruption.
• Support cross-functional teams and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
