Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate manufacturing activities, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time delivery. You will plan daily workflows, manage costs, and lead frontline staff, while supporting Lean and 5S improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, SOP adherence, and hands-on production support across shifts, with 6am-6pm Pittman schedule and travel as needed. Join Veolia’s Water Tech team advancing sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 8–10 years in operations/management, or an Associate’s with 6–8 years of experience.
• Preferred BS in Biology, Chemistry, Business, or Engineering and additional operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a safe, productive environment focusing on productivity, quality, and EHS standards.
• Leads safety initiatives, incident prevention, and environmental responsibility.
• Reports production metrics using SAP, Tableau, and internal tools.
• Oversees scheduling, inventory, maintenance, and vendor relations for efficient operations.
• Coordinates training needs and ensures staff perform safely and effectively.
