Job summary

Veolia Group seeks a Production Supervisor to coordinate manufacturing activities on a 6am–6pm Pittman shift, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will plan daily workflows, drive Lean/5S improvements, manage inventory and equipment maintenance, and lead frontline teams to achieve production goals.

The role requires strong leadership, EHS knowledge, SAP/Tableau experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Requires 8–10 years in operations or 6–8 years with an associate degree.
• BS/AS in Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EHS and safety standards, compliance exposure.

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellence in productivity, quality, and EHS across production.
• Lead incident prevention and environmental responsibility initiatives.
• Provide regular production reports using SAP, Tableau, and internal systems.
• Manage logistics for equipment, vendors, and personnel to meet timelines.
• Oversee schedules and coordination to ensure safe, efficient operations.
