Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate and direct manufacturing activities on assigned shifts. You will plan daily production workflows, drive Lean/5S improvements, manage inventories, and ensure OSHA/EHS and ISO compliance while developing front-line staff.

The role requires strong leadership, process understanding, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel and shift coverage are expected as part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, productive environment and strive for excellence in productivity, quality, and EHS.
• Champion safety standards and incident prevention across production activities.
• Deliver regular production reporting using SAP, Tableau, and site reports to leadership.
• Lead by example and collaborate with plant staff and vendors to improve operations.
• Manage logistics for water treatment equipment readiness and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee improvements in chemical/utility usage, wastewater treatment, equipment turnover, and inventory management.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding for new technicians.
• Ensure SAP orders are entered accurately and on time for replenishment and readiness.
• Oversee staff training, identify EHS needs, and ensure safe work methods.
• Provide hands-on support to cover gaps and maintain workflow continuity.
• Schedule daily/weekly/monthly production plans to support priorities.
• Maintain compliance with wastewater permits and requirements.
• Manage work-permit processes and safety approvals.
• Balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
