Veolia North America seeks an Operator I to operate, monitor, and maintain water treatment and related equipment in an industrial setting. The role involves monitoring plant processes, adjusting chemical levels, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will perform laboratory tests and maintain safe, efficient operations on a rotating schedule. Responsibilities include using SCADA systems, collecting samples, and documenting results.

Competenze

• Reads, writes and comprehends English for safety, process, and quality instructions.
• Performs basic mathematical calculations required for process control.
• Able to work in a team environment and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Mansioni

• Operate, monitor, and maintain water treatment, dewatering, sludge-processing, disposal, and testing equipment.
• Monitor plant processes and adjust chemical levels to ensure optimal treatment performance.
• Conduct laboratory testing and record results accurately.
