Aqua is seeking a Distribution Team Lead to act as a technical expert in operation, maintenance, and construction for potable water facilities. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards while guiding technicians and performing complex upgrades.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, chemistry or a related field preferred.
• 3 years in water treatment system operations and/or capital improvement projects; experience leading multiple projects preferred.
• Three years of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Inventory management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors water purification facility operations, tests and reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provides technical guidance to technicians and operators.
• Identifies cost-effective improvements in system operations and liaises with vendors/contractors.
• Oversees construction, major repairs and capital projects, including complex equipment.
• Helps develop capital project costs and operating budgets.
• Responds to elevated customer questions and concerns regarding water services.
• Assists with other tasks or projects as assigned.
