Job summary

Aqua, an Essential Utilities company, is seeking an Operations Team Leader to oversee the White Haven Division and support related facilities. Based in White Haven, PA, this role oversees water and wastewater operations, staff, safety, budgets, and regulatory compliance to deliver reliable service.

You will supervise operators, hire and train personnel, manage work orders, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with engineering and public agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in water or wastewater operations and/or supervision.
• PA DEP Water/Wastewater Operator certifications must be obtained within 48 months of hire.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility operators and contractors with emphasis on safety and operational excellence.
• Hire, onboard, train, and manage staff performance.
• Oversee work order process and budgeting for the division.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safety standards.
