Aqua America, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Team Lead to supervise and optimize operation, maintenance, and construction of potable water purification facilities across the company’s footprint. You will ensure regulatory compliance and guide technicians and operators in daily activities.

The role involves coordinating improvements, managing multiple projects, and maintaining accurate facility documentation while supporting safety and customer service goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, chemistry or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years in water treatment system operations and/or capital improvement projects with demonstrated management of multiple projects preferred.
• Three years previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Prior experience managing & reconciling inventory preferred

Responsabilidades

• Monitors operations of water purification facilities including testing and analysis required for proper operation and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Mkaes recommendations on improvements and upgrades to improve performance and cost efficiency.
• Provides technical guidance to utility technicians and facility operators as needed.
• Oversees cost development of capital projects and managing operating budgets.
• Maintains facility records, blueprints, manuals and operating data.
• Supports construction and commissioning of new installations and major repairs.
