Aqua, an Essential Utilities company, is seeking an Operations Team Leader for the White Haven Division. You will supervise water and wastewater facilities, manage staff, budgets, safety, and regulatory compliance to deliver reliable services.

The role covers facilities in White Haven and supporting facilities in the Honesdale Division. Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to drive performance and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in water or wastewater utility operations and/or supervision.
• Proficiency in coordinating safety policies and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise facility operators, seasonal employees, and contractors, emphasizing safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Interview and hire employees, set high-performance standards, and manage performance according to HR policies.
• Oversee work order processing, budgeting, and procurement controls in line with company policies.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, coordinate with engineering for capital projects, and manage customer or public interactions as needed.
• Prepare and monitor operational and capital budgets, and report variances to management.
