Job summary

Culligan is seeking an organized bookkeeper with a solid grasp of accounting principles and a strong customer service mindset. The role focuses on accurate account maintenance, payments, and coordination with drivers, technicians, and management to support on-time service.

You will review aging, manage deposits, and monitor inventory and equipment status while occasionally working from the New Bern and Cape Carteret offices with advance notice.

Qualifications

• Strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to obtain knowledge in the water treatment industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer account information.
• Communicate customer service requests and schedules with drivers, technicians, and management to achieve on-time delivery or service.
• Review aging analysis to maintain that customers are current.
• Apply payments to customer accounts and perform bank deposits.
• Monitor, review, and correct status of inventory and equipment.
