Culligan is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage commercial billing, onboarding new customers, and coordinating installations. You will work with sales, operations and finance to ensure accurate setup and timely invoicing.

The role involves coordinating equipment orders, tracking shipments, and handling progress payments for commercial projects, with emphasis on accuracy and clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor in business, finance, accounting or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in commercial billing, customer account management or related role.
• Experience in project coordination or commercial installations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Setup & Coordination: Set up new commercial customers in the system, coordinate onboarding with sales, operations and finance.
• Installation Coordination: Schedule installations, align with internal teams and vendors, communicate timelines to customers.
• Equipment Ordering & Logistics: Relay job packages to branch for project equipment, track shipments and ensure availability for installations.
• Billing & Progress Payments: Set up progressive payments, generate invoices, manage large-scale billing and resolve discrepancies.
