Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Account Manager for its Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division in the United States. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, developing deep customer relationships while delivering innovative water and process treatment solutions.

You will analyze programs for cooling and boiler water, wastewater, and process applications, deliver service reports, and drive revenue growth through value generation plans and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or engineering with water treatment background.
• 8+ years in direct field experience and technical sales with account growth.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, and wastewater systems.
• Prepare and present technical service reports with data-driven recommendations.
• Manage account plans, value generation, and business reviews to show customer value.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and communicate value generation plans.
• Meet annual revenue targets while overseeing margins and negotiations.
• Develop new, recurring profitable opportunities and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
• Adhere to all EHS policies and work safely at all times.
