Job summary

Hall's Culligan in Cleveland is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and service water treatment systems at residential and commercial locations. You will troubleshoot equipment, follow SOPs, and interact with customers to explain installation processes.

The role offers a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with a starting pay rate of $20.50/hr plus bonus pay, PTO accrual, and a full benefits package including a 401(k) match after intro period.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot systems.
• Excellent customer communication and service mindset.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in varied environments.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install and service water treatment products at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Provide technical support during and after installations.
• Train customers on use and maintenance of installed systems.
• Maintain installation records and safety compliance.
