Job summary
Hall's Culligan in Cleveland is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and service our water treatment systems for residential and commercial customers. The role requires mechanical aptitude, problem solving, and strong customer communication.

- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to install and service water treatment systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment after training.
- Strong communication to explain installation steps and answer questions.
Responsibilities
- Install and service products at residential and commercial locations.
- Test and troubleshoot equipment for proper functionality.
- Follow SOPs and safety protocols during all tasks.
- Interact with customers professionally and provide clear explanations.
- Provide technical support during and after installations.
- Train customers on proper use and maintenance of installed systems.
