Job summary

Hall’s Culligan, the premium provider of drinking water and treatment solutions, is seeking a Service Technician to install and service our systems at commercial and residential sites across the service area.

This full-time role requires strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and customer-focused communication. You will travel to customer sites, follow SOPs and safety protocols, and help with training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in plumbing.
• Minimum 2 years using hand tools and mechanical tools.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Able to operate a commercial vehicle daily for 8–10 hours.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.
• Physically capable for duties.

Responsibilities

• Install and service products and systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment; follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Interact with customers professionally and explain installation processes.
• Provide technical support during and after installations.
• Train customers on use and maintenance of installed products and systems.
• Maintain installation and troubleshooting records with photos.
• Operate service vehicles safely and perform vehicle inspections.
• Load, unload and secure service vehicles as required.
• Work in indoor/outdoor environments, including tight spaces.
