Job summary

Hall's Culligan in Cleveland is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and service water treatment systems for commercial and residential clients. The role requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment following training.

You will travel to customer locations, perform installations, tests, and provide on-site technical support. The position offers a full-time schedule, a starting pay of $20.50/hr plus bonus, PTO, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex systems.
• Excellent customer communication and service orientation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to customer sites.
• Able to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Culligan water systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols at all times.
• Provide customer training on use and maintenance of installed systems.
