Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn field service procedures.
• Install and service water treatment products at commercial and residential locations.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment following SOPs.
• Maintain accurate installation records and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and service products and systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide technical support to customers during and after installations.
• Train customers on proper use and maintenance of installed products.
• Maintain records of installations and troubleshooting steps.
