Hall's Culligan is seeking a Service Technician to install and service water treatment systems at commercial and residential sites. You’ll troubleshoot equipment, follow SOPs, and provide clear guidance to customers, ensuring safety and reliability on every job.

The role emphasizes strong mechanical skills, adaptability, and the ability to train customers while maintaining thorough records and professional communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose systems.
• Ability to consult with customers to understand needs and explain processes.
• Attention to detail and accurate completion of documentation and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Install and service products and systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols in all tasks.
• Interact with customers professionally and explain installation processes.
• Provide technical support during and after installations.
• Train customers on use and maintenance of installed products.
• Maintain accurate installation and troubleshooting records, including photos.
• Operate service vehicles safely and perform required inspections.
