Qualifications

• 1-2 years of service installation and/or equipment repair preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose systems.
• Comfortable explaining installation processes to customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and service products and systems at commercial and residential locations.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Provide technical support during and after installations.
• Train customers on proper use and maintenance of installed products.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and troubleshooting steps.
