Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must possess SWRCB Grade II Water Distribution and Grade II Water Treatment certificates at time of hire and have 12 months to pass Grade III exams.
• Promotion to CCOIII after obtaining Grade III certificates.
• Able to operate SCADA equipment and coordinate with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Shift Operator.
• Monitor SCADA and maintain reservoir levels and pressure.
• Dispatch field crews and coordinate with supervisors.
• Answer calls and log system changes.
• Maintain daily logs of Central Control changes and reports.
• After-hours security checks and on-call crew coordination.
• Address system changes with supervisor as required.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Complete and file daily paperwork.
• Perform other duties as directed.
