Job summary

Mueller Water Products is seeking a Territory Manager for the Water Products Division to cover Arizona and Las Vegas. You will build strong relationships with municipalities and utilities, support distributors with quotes and training, and lead product demonstrations to showcase Mueller solutions.

The role requires travel around 75% of the time, a Bachelor's degree, and proven outside sales experience in water systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in water distribution or related field.
• Proven ability to sell technology-based solutions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and willingness to travel ~75%.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lift products during demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with end users, municipalities, and utilities to strengthen product specifications.
• Support distributor partners with quotes, training, marketing materials, and logistics.
• Lead product trainings for end users and distributors.
• Develop partnerships with key distributors and stakeholders to drive demand.
• Set sales and specification goals aligned with company objectives.
• Provide bid support and pricing insights for projects.
• Ensure after‑sales satisfaction, warranty and claims handling.
• Represent Mueller in industry groups and maintain territory data.
• Provide market intelligence and forecasts to leadership.
