Job summary

Hall’s Culligan is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lawton, OK to ensure a positive customer experience. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product knowledge to customers while maintaining high service levels.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, starting pay of $17.75/hour plus DOE, PTO accrual, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k with company match after an introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email with a focus on a superior experience.
• Address concerns, troubleshoot, and provide accurate information.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers and upsell when appropriate.
• Identify and resolve issues, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Document interactions accurately in the customer service system.
