Hall’s Culligan in Arkansas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure a positive customer experience. You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions with accurate information.

The role is full-time, 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday in an office environment. Candidates should enjoy helping customers, multitask effectively, and learn product details to provide solutions and maintain high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or better.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
