Job summary

Coal Creek Utility District is seeking a Water/Sewer Technician to maintain the District's water distribution and sewage collection systems, pumping stations, and reservoirs. The role includes installation, service, and repair of facilities, system flushing, and on-call standby duties.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related utility experience. CDL Class B with Tanker/Air Brakes or ability to obtain within 1 year is required, along with

Qualifications

• Higher than basic physical requirements and ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Experience in water/sewer maintenance or equivalent utility work is preferred.
• Must read and interpret construction drawings, maps and as-builts.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair water and sewer facilities.
• Repair water and sewer line leaks.
• Flush water systems and perform CCTV inspections of sewer mains.
• Standby (on-call) duty as required.
