Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader to guide the Water Business Group’s professional services. You will align technical practice groups, drive delivery excellence, and advance standards that improve project performance and client outcomes across multiple regions.

Reporting to the WBG President, you will champion quality, risk management, and continuous improvement while collaborating with operations, market sectors, and leadership to position HDR as a global leader in architecture and engineering

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and practices.
• Strong background in quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the development and training of staff in technical, professional, and service delivery competencies.
• Lead QA and QC program activities to ensure quality and delivery excellence.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and technology leadership to advance delivery strategies.
