Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior leader for the Water Business Group who will guide technical quality, project delivery excellence, and professional practice across global teams. Reporting to the WBG President, you will align practice groups, strengthen delivery capabilities, and promote high-caliber client outcomes.

You will champion continuous improvement, risk management, and innovative delivery strategies while engaging with operations, marketing, and technology leadership to advance HDR's

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in managing and developing technical teams and practices.
• Maintain AEC industry associations.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery quality assurance and QC program activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across QA, QC, risk management, and delivery practices.
• Foster collaboration across business group staff, operations, and leadership.
• Support recruiting, staffing, and development of key project personnel.
• Partner with project delivery services to enhance productivity and outcomes.
