HDR is seeking a Water Business Group Professional Services Director to provide executive leadership for quality, project delivery, and professional practice. This role aligns technical groups, strengthens delivery capabilities, and promotes standards and best practices across regions to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

15 years of experience in engineering leadership and delivery.
Experience managing and developing technical teams and practices.
Maintain AEC industry associations.
Active participant in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

Lead and monitor development and training of staff in technical and service delivery competencies.
Advance technical excellence, quality control, and risk management across the group.
Coordinate QA/QC program activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support recruitment, staffing, and cross-group collaboration.
Drive delivery strategies across multiple programs and regions.
