Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a related field.
• Professional registration for leadership design roles is required.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Collaboration with directors, managers and marketing for business class efforts.
• Commitment to quality and HDR values.
• Active participation in HDR's employee-owned culture.
