The role emphasizes strategic growth, project leadership, and high-quality right of way services, with travel ~20% and location flexibility across HDR regions.

Responsibilities

• Project and Program Support: serve as technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services and create alliances within the WBG.
• Marketing and Business Development: support Market Sector Directors in developing strategic visions and drive the business into geographies and service areas that strengthen the program.
• Technical Staff Development and Alignment: act as the WBG subject-matter expert on Right of Way services, recruit and mentor staff and align team to client needs.
