HDR is leading the Water Business Group (WBG) with a focus on Right of Way integration for water infrastructure projects. The Director will refine and oversee the WBG ROW program and coordinate with HDR's Right of Way leadership to advance growth and client value.

The role drives market expansion, collaborates with sector leaders and clients to implement ROW acquisition and real estate solutions, and serves as project manager on selected initiatives.

Formación

• Demonstrated industry leadership and industry association engagement.
• Experience building and managing diverse client relationships and program pursuits.
• Experience with water-related infrastructure and ROW laws/regulations (FHWA/Uniform Relocation Act).
• Real estate license or professional designation related to real estate services.
• Commitment to HDR values and employee ownership culture.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical focal point for the WBG to deliver Right of Way services and build alliances within HDR.
• Support Market Sector Directors in developing and implementing strategic visions for ROW initiatives and pursue opportunities.
• Recruit, mentor, and align WBG staff to meet client needs and maintain high-quality deliverables.
