The role involves leading strategic planning, staff development, and client relationship management to deliver high-quality right of way solutions for water infrastructure projects.

• Demonstrated industry leadership and industry association engagement.
• Experience developing and managing a wide range of client relationships and program/pursuit strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Refine and oversee the implementation of the WBG right of way program and coordinate with HDR's leadership.
• Support market sector directors in developing strategic visions and drive growth into new geographies and service areas.
• Recruit, mentor and align right of way staff to meet client needs and ensure high-quality project delivery.
