Job summary

Serclean in Daphne, Alabama is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to remove, replace, and repair water-damaged materials and to handle issues caused by water intrusion. You will be the face of the company, delivering compassionate service after traumatic events and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers, and documenting progress via mobile devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1–2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle issues caused by water damage and remove/replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Work with management to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites following traffic laws.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.
