Job summary

Dry Force Corp in Daphne, Alabama is seeking a General Laborer/Water Damage Technician to remove, replace, and repair water-damaged materials while delivering strong customer service after traumatic events. This role acts as the face of the company at client sites and requires safe operation of equipment and adherence to safety standards.

The ideal candidate will handle air movers and dehumidifiers, coordinate with the management team, and communicate professionally with clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1–2 years of Structural Restoration experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Construction experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Work closely with management to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.
