Job summary

Serclean is seeking a Water Restoration Apprentice Technician to remove, replace, and repair water damaged materials and manage issues caused by water damage. You will be the first contact for clients after traumatic events, requiring strong customer service and a helpful attitude.

Responsibilities include setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers, driving to job sites, and documenting progress with mobile devices. A valid license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 2–4 years of construction experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle water damage issues and replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Work with management to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate with teammates and customers professionally.
• Follow safety and quality policies and maintain a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites and follow traffic laws.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.
