Job summary

Serclean is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to remove and repair water-damaged materials and to be the face of the company after emergencies. You will set up air movers and dehumidifiers and work with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of.

The role requires physical stamina, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license; IICRC certification is preferred. We offer a benefits package, ongoing training, and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Overtime and some holidays availability.
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• 1–2 years structural restoration experience preferred.
• 2–4 years construction experience preferred.
• 2–4 years customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle issues caused by water damage and remove/replace damaged materials.
• Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property.
• Work with management to ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers.
• Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following state laws and policies.
• Document drying progress using a phone or tablet.
